I've been working with Groupus, the Open Source On Line registration system for the past 4 years,
and used it last year to collect registrations, coordinate work shifts, and manage payments
for a 50 person theme camp. It collects all the information you need to provide food,
arrange rides, and coordinate theme camp activities, providing excel spreadsheets with details.

Groupus is written in PHP/MySQL. You can download the software for free using bzr via the links at groupus.net,
or I can host a site for you.
